Hi again,

Just wondering. If I save a document as HTM, does that produce only one file
I can send by email, or do I have to send both HTM and DOC files?

Thanks,

S. Diego

The answer to that question is: depends. If your document
contained images, then a folder of images would have been created
as well, and you will have to send it with your HTM document.

Greetings--
If you save your document as a ".mht" or ".mhtml" file, the pictures will
be included in that single file.

But I believe not all versions of Word/IE will be able to open it.

Greetings--
It is generally recommended to visit Windows Update regularly, i.e.
monthly. The latest IE version/security update is always available from
there. It is free. And it will open all ".mht" or ".mhtml" files without
any problem.
Same with Word 2003, which is not free, but very much worth the upgrade.
