Default Office 2003 on a dual-boot Windows XP / Vista

I am working on slowly moving my day to day use to Vista Ultimate 64
bit. I have set up a dual-boot Windows XP Pro SP3 32 bit / Vista
Ultimate 64 Bit SP2. Now, can I install my Office 2003 in my dual-
boot set up (once in Xp and then in Vista?)
