Default Outlook 2007 adding reminders to invited attendees calendars ...

We have an Exchange Srver 2003 and have moved several of us to Office 2007.
When someone with Outlook 2003 sends us an appointment, even though they have
no reminder set, Outlook 2007 sets a reminder in our 2007 calendars. This
always happens on all day appointments, not sure about regular appointments.

This results in a number of alarms going off each night at 11:45. Fifteen
minutes before that day begins. Does anyone else have this happen and how do
you deal with this issue.

I now look at at things in Active Appointment view, sort by and remove any
unwanted reminders.
