how do i find a template for upcoming church events?

Please feel free to use the big white space beneath the Subject line to ask your question. Some readers of the newsgroup may not even be able to see your whole question if it's in the subject line. It's also very helpful if you pos the vers The only likely place to find templates is the Microsoft Office web site, http://office.microsoft.com, because there's no business model that makes it worthwhile for developers to create and disseminate them. You are much more likely to find an example database. An acquaintance demonstrated a church database to me some years ago, but it was proprietary and not freely available on the web (nor elsewhere, for that matter). I don't have good suggestions, but that is such a common need that I suspect you might search and find a usable Open Source program/database, in Access or other language. Or, you might find a more generic Access template for "events". Larry Linson Microsoft Office Access MVP |

There is a generic event management template on microsoft's site (pretty
basic): http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/te...CT101428241033 there are probably at least a few hundred commercial donation and event management software packages. approx $100/user to $3000/user I looked at a lot of them, if you give more specifics I might be able to recommend something. -- Mark Andrews RPT Software http://www.rptsoftware.com http://www.donationmanagementsoftware.com "jay" wrote in message ... |
