Default Trying to do a Rota

Hello, I am trying to organise a volunteer rota, i have read a couple of
posts but none seem to answer my needs. I need it to randomly assign people
over 1 week upto but only 3 per day and then take into account that some work
only 2 or 3 days - but then (i know its getting complicated) also take into
account day not at work

Firstly is this even possible ? if so:

Sheet1
A1-A10 contains volunteers name - Text value
B1-B10 Number of days available - numeric value
C/D/E...... Day of month they can not work - numeric value (ie 3 - 16 - 22)

I would then put my results on sheet2
A1-A3 is monday B1-B3 are names for that day randomly picked using data from
Sheet1
A4-A6 is Tuesday and so on
