Default # of Activations-Office 2003 Pro Edition-Home Use Program

Can someone tell me if I can load/activate my Office Professional Edition
2003 (MS Home Use Program) on 2 different pcs? It is currently loaded on 1
desktop pc in my house and I want to buy a laptop (for use downstairs in my
house). Can I do this? I also have a third pc, it has Office 2003 Pro Edition
, but it is the OEM version. From my readings in these groups it appears I
definitely can not use that verison, it is limited to one pc. Thank you.....

Read the EULA of the OEM version. Open any Office program and go to
Help/About Microsoft Word/Outlook/Exell or whatever you open and click
on View the End User Agreement. My OEM version allows both a desktop and
a laptop.

The Home Use Program allows for a single installation.
