Default Why do I get Microsoft Exchange Server at Outlook 2003 startup?

When I open Outlook 2003, I get a dialog box asking for the Microsoft
Exchange Server name and my name. When I click OK I am told it can't connect
and it shuts down my Outlook 2003. How do I change my settings for this so
that I can set up my options manually (POP3 server thru my ISP)? I can't
change the settings thru the "Tools" option because Outlook 2003 won't open.

Use the mail applet in the control panel to delete/create mail profiles.
(Hint: when you start the mail applet, click show profiles button)
