Default is not a valid win32 application for outlook 2007 free trial

I am running windows xp home edition and I downloaded the outlook 2007 free
trial from microsoft 2 times but I keep getting BCM-EN.EXE is not a valid
Win32 application. How can I fix this? Any help is appreciated.

Do you have the full Office installation running? BCM is an add-in that
requires the full Office/Outlook program installed first..
