Default how do i put the send button into outlook 2003 email toolbar?

i cannot get the Send button onto my outlook 2003 professional edition email
toolbar! so i can't send mail out of my chosen email client! and i cannot
find out why that is not there! i have explored each and every option
available when i am inside of my outlook email program. any ideas? thanks,

Default how do i put the send button into outlook 2003 email toolbar?

Are your e-mail accounts configured correctly? Also, the Send button doesn't
let you choose a sending account in Outlook 2003, there is a separate
Accounts button for that. (I understand that doesn't solve your sending
problem, but I wanted to make sure you knew the difference.)
