How to adjust borders in word 2007

Hello,

Am creating a project report for which I want to add borders to every page.
However, word 2007 doesn't allowing to specify right/left border lengths
beyond 31 and doing so resulting in below error:

"The measurement must be between 0 pt and 31 pt"

Anyone know how to set border beyond these limits?

Just wanted to update the subject to match most of the search key words based
on error message.

The 0-31 points can be either from the edge of the page or "from text"
(which means the document margins). If neither of those options works for
you, you can use drawing lines anchored to the header.
