Default Using deleted items as storage.

Hi.
We are runninng Outlook 2003 . I have a user that using deleted items a as a
storage place. Is it an option where I can force a emting of delete items
when outlook is closing?

Looking forward to get a solution.

Default Using deleted items as storage.

Tools Options Other. There is a checkbox at the top.

I believe this setting is also controlled by a group policy setting in
outlk11.adm
