Default Adding Pages from one file to a new file

I am operating in Visio 2007 and I wish to know if there is a way that I can
take a certain number of pages from a file and add these to either a new file
or an alternative file? Any help will be appreciated, I am really getting
cheesed off trying!
Thanks
