Hello,
Tell your correspondent to download the PowerPoint viewer:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
Save the presentation as a PowerPoint show, to do that click on the office
button, choose save as (don't click on it) click on PowerPoint show on your
right, give the presentation a suitable name. Or click on save in the Office
menu, and in the save as list at the bottom of the dialog, choose PowerPoint
show (*.ppsx), give the presentation a suitable name and save. Send it to
your correspondent. If they have installed the viewer they should be able to
view it without having Office installed.
