The Home Use license is an extension of the Enterprise Agreement.
My understanding is that you'd first go through your company help desk
who would then be able to escalate any issues to MS as needed, rather
than being able to have any prepaid incidents covered directly at the
user level with Microsoft.

I did find a page off the Office web site that provided
information about the Home Use program, but no indication
that there was anything different about support policies.
As far as I can tell, I should be able to submit an
incident. I know the programs are registered. Let me know
what you find out. Thanks

Well...that may not work, because the Home program allows
me to purchase and install Office on my personal pc, which
my company's tech support group does not service. They
only support corporate owned\supplied pc's. I think I'll
put a call into MS directly to understand the support
policy.

I did reach MS and you were correct, I have an extension
of an existing license. However, the person I spoke to
asked me to call back when I'm at my pc to see if he can
help me. We'll see...thanks
