Default community clips, powerpoint and sound narration, I hear clicking

When we try to use community clips with our powerpoint that has recording on
the slides using record narration, the community clips version has very
audible clicking with the narration.

What am I doing wrong?

Sound narration used CD quality, and the microphones were tested.

Are you trying to make a community clip?
