"Table Tents"
I have Office 2007 and can use Publisher or Word. I need to make "table
tents" for 30 different exhibitors' tables, for a non-profit expo. My idea is to turn an 8.5 X 11 page to landscape. So I have the 8.25 up and down. Then I just need to write one line of text in Cambria 48 text size- twice on each page. I would like to print two of the exhibitors per page (non-profit, you know). Splitting it at ~4.0. Each Table tent would be cut to a 11 X ~4 inch size and then that would be folded in half. I would fold over each half page, and the name would be visible at the bottom 2 inches of that 4 inches. Any hints would be so appreciated. I have looked at foldover cards that apparently come with a template. I want the 'Table tent" to be quite plain with maybe a line around all the edges to look more finished. Thanking you so much for any help you give me !! aloha, kopepua |

File, Page Setup, Advanced (on the right), scroll down to folded card, select
*half-page, top fold* Type 4.25 width, 5.5 height. Publisher will ask about two pages, select yes. In the Publication screen, Insert 2 pages. Publisher will automatically rotate pages 2 and 4. You might have to do some adjustment. I have found Publisher will do strange things in this setup, but eventually it will be okay. Patience wins out. Be aware of your printer margin limitations. -- Mary Sauer http://msauer.mvps.org/ "kopepua" wrote in message ... I have Office 2007 and can use Publisher or Word.
