Default My Outlook won't work.

I cannot get my outlook to work right. I need help. Anyone know what I can do?

Here is the error I get:

"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. An unexpected error has
occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service msncon.dll. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured."

I really need this to work.

Okay...

My second question is...I would rather not install it because I don't want
my MSN integrated into my outlook.

How can I fix this and avoid having to use it?

I have tried to un-install and re-install it number of times (the actuall
outlook)

Did you try to change your delivery location to be another message store?
Have you tried to create a new profile that doesn't include an MSN account?

I am not sure what you mean by messenger store...

But it won't let me get to the place I can create a new identity, as it
opens it gives me that error then shuts itself down. I am going to try to
install the connector to see if that helps.

I installed the connector and got it to work. However, I don't want the
connector really, so I figured I would just create another identity and use
that instead of the one with the msn account.

I cannot find any option that allows me to add another identity, how do I do
this?

Thank you SO much for your help.

Not "messenger", "message". That's the place where your messages are kept,
also known as a PST (Personal Folders file).

But it won't let me get to the place I can create a new identity, as
it opens it gives me that error then shuts itself down. I am going to
try to install the connector to see if that helps.

Outlook doesn't have identities. Click StartControl Panel and run the Mail
applet to create a new profile.

Outlook doesn't have identities. You need to create a new mail profile, as
I already explained. Do that with the Mail applet in Control Panel.
