Default Printing a selection of Worksheet

How does one go about printing just the part of a work sheet that has been
selected? When I select and then go to print preview, I see a much larger
section showing to be printed. Thank you for any help
Appreciative

Ok, thanks. I was looking at the other Print Preview menu, but I see if you
go directly to print and then check selection it is accomplished. Sometime
the obvious is not so obvious. Sorry about that.

Can any one tell me how to be sure the grid lines are printed? Thanks again

Hi

You can make sure of this by going to File / Page Setup and selecting Grid
Lines on the Sheet tab
