Help with Hover Notes

Hello

I am trying to add an addition sign to a shape, so that if it's clicked, a
box would open and expand containing information I need to store for the
shape.

This is for an enterprise computer system. So I have the shape for the
serer, and want to add that plus sign inside the shape, or next to it or
attached etc so that if clicked, a box would expand to show Server name, IP
address etc etc etc.

My BA here does not know how to do it in 03 but does for 07...so I was
hoping if I post here someone can help. Right now I am using comments and
they seem cumbersome etc...making my diagram not flow well at all.

Have you considered SmartTags?
