Default Building Data Curves

I have 4 to 8 data points I want to put on one curve on a
x to y axis. I do not see Curves as an option in excel
only graphes.

Does Excel graph curves? If so where can I read up on
this function

If I understand you correctly, select the data range, then click the
Chart Wizard and select the XY Scatter chart (or Line Chart). Select a
sub-type that includes a line.
