Outlook replicating outbound messages and not receiving messages

My Outlook 2002 is replicating one outbound messages hundreds of times and it
will not receive messages. Also, I cannot transfer messages among folders
and i cannot delete the one outbound message from the Outbox.

A fix I am considering is to reload Outlook. Will that delete my messages
on file?

I can receive e-mails via my SBC-Yahooo Account

You most likely are infected with a virus/trojan. Close Outlook and
run your antivirus.

Turn off the option in your AV or firewall to scan outgoing (and incoming,
for that matter) emails.
