How can I generate a sequential number every time I print.
See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MacrosVBA/NumberDocs.htm and the
related articles linked at the bottom of the above-referenced article. If you need instructions on how to install a macro, see See http://www.gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm . Phil wrote: I'm a 57 year old newbie so please excuse me if this is a stupid question. I have looked through the help file in word and also at Q&A on the web but I am confused. I am using Word 2000. I have made a job card and I need to generate a sequential number evey time it is printed is this possible. Thanks in advance Phil Barker |
