Default how do i track sales commissions on a weekly basis in access

I am trying to design a database to track a commission sales on a weekly
basis. The commission sales is a variable, that is it may change in value
from time to time.

?Weekly commission sales ... is a variable?

What are you tracking? The sales? The commission rate? Per salesperson?

What data do you already have? What additional data do you need to gather?

What kind of reports do you intend to produce?

My ideas about what you need may not come anywhere near what you actually
need ...
