Default Text not returning under other text

Word 2003
WindowsXP

I want to create this outline using heading 1, heading 2, heading 3, and
Heading 4 styles. My issue is that I can't get it to wrap..I know I am doing
something wrong.

When/why would I use Special, First Line Indent as opposed to "indentation"?

**the more I learn about Word the more I realize I don't
know about Word**

This is the outline --

Article I. Text text text

This sentence is indented 5 spaces.

Section 1.1 This sentences 5 spaces after 1.1

A. This sentence should return under the "this"
word but I can't figure out how to format
the paragraph to wrap this way.

(1) I don't know how to do this one either.

Start by reading and carefully following
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/numb...Numbering.html to set up
your outline numbering, and note that any indents on the left side of a
numbered paragraph (left, first-line, and/or hanging) must be set in the
Numbering dialog, as those override the settings in the Paragraph dialog.
Right indents (if any) may be set in Format | Paragraph.
