Many labels in a form from same column of a table
I have been working with this problem for few weeks:
I have several forms with exploded .jpg part charts on background Every piece in parts charts have of course part number. In one form may be even 150 parts. in one form may be EG 4 pcs of part nn and 6 pcs of part xx. In next form it might be 2 pcs of nn and 1 pc xx when the partnumbers change there are updated in a table. Partnumbers are in the same column in a table. Question: Is there any method I can put a label or box on parts chart form so that when I open the form the labels get the value from partnumber table? If I had only one piece of each part, I think VB could be an easy way to solve this problem. I have tried many kinds of queries, formulas and SQLs, but I think I may have some problems with the bracket types??? I think that the answer is very simple, but I can not find it If you know any links, please tell me. Thank You! |

Many labels in a form from same column of a table
I answer myself:
I solved the problem using DLookUp- function in data source- field in properties. I don't know if this is the right way to do it, or is there any "lighter" tricks doing this. Thank You "reppana" kirjoitti: I have been working with this problem for few weeks: I have several forms with exploded .jpg part charts on background Every piece in parts charts have of course part number.
