How to copy/export contacts to the address book in Outlook 2003?
How do you copy/export contacts to the address book in Outlook 2003 when the
"Show this folder as an e-mail address book" option is not available and my Outlook Address Book is already added in the E-Mail Accounts Directory? |

Something is wrong with this picture. The option would be available if in
fact you had added the Outlook Address Book to your profile. Hi Russ,
Thanks for the info. I followed these same instructions before I posted to the Duscussion Group. My Outllook Address Book is there. In fact I've tried adding it again, which I'm not able to do becuase it's already there. I still cannot select "Show this folder as an email address book". I'm stumped. Could the following be factors: I'm not using MS Exchange. My email is internet based (I'm on a company LAN) I've also loaded "Business Contacts Manager" (which I don't really need and can remove if needed) Thoughts? There is no copying or exporting involved. Read the directions:

Did you have a question of your own or did you just want to repost this one?
It's been answered many times here and appears in the KB: http://support.microsoft.com/default...Product=ol2002 -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "jafravh" wrote in message news "Sapa1001" wrote: How do you copy/export contacts to the address book in Outlook 2003 when the "Show this folder as an e-mail address book" option is not available and my Outlook Address Book is already added in the E-Mail Accounts Directory? |
