setup calendar that shows the combine schedule of many people?
If you create a new meeting request, you can go into a feature called the
scheduling assistant and enter many people who you would like to see their calendars right next to each other. Is there a way to create such a calendar of many people right next to each other without going through the scheduling assistant each time? Like if you added all the people in the scheduling assistant, is there a way to save that setup and then be able to refer back to it without having to reconstruct the users in the group again? Thanks. |

Version of outlook? If you look on the Actions menu when in the calendar,
do you see View Group Schedules? Use it. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Let's Really Fix Outlook 2010 http://forums.slipstick.com/forumdisplay.php?f=34 "biff" wrote in message ... setup calendar that shows the combine schedule of many people?
Diane,
I am using Outlook 2007. This is the behavior I am looking for. Is there a way to create a shortcut of a particular group schedule in the navigation pane for quick access (like possibly under the People's Calendar section)? thanks, biff "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: Version of outlook? No, I know of no way to create a shortcut to it, or even assign a shortcut
key. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Let's Really Fix Outlook 2010 http://forums.slipstick.com/forumdisplay.php?f=34 "biff" wrote in message ... I have a question, when looking at the scheduling assistant and creating a
new meeting request, how can I view everyone's schedule based on the time zone they live in? -- Marlene Hartje "biff" wrote: If you create a new meeting request, you can go into a feature called the scheduling assistant and enter many people who you would like to see their calendars right next to each other. What version of Outlook? When in the Calendar, look for Actions, View Group
schedule - this lets you create frequently used groups of people. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Do you keep Outlook open 24/7?
