Unfortunately, I can only think of doing just that (or the opposite) in Excel. For Microsoft Word, you may be stuck doing this manually. However, if you want to attempt to develop your contracts in Excel (which IS possible), you can follow these instructions to basically do what you inquired about

The coding in Microsoft Excel can be a little difficult, but Microsoft Excel can work as a contract to a certain degree. You just have to maneuver cells around. Good luck!
