How to Convert Numeric Values into Text Values with a Formula

I want to convert numeric values into text values. Is
there any formula for it.
example;
$133,569.00 i want this number to be automatically
displayed as One Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Five
Hundred Sixty Nine and Zero Cents. Is there a way i can do
this

functions and among them
NUMTEXT which does what you want
