Default columns

After upgrading to PUblisher 2003 from 2002, I have lost all the column formatting in a document, and cannt reformat in text boxes. There is no column button to select...when I try to format the text box and I have exhausted help functions - would appreciate any help....

Right-click the text box, click format text box, Text Box tab, the columns button is
on this page.
