Default east-asian languages support/chinese input problem

After installing the XPpro Traditional Chinese Input
method, my Word documents in Bulgarian [my native
language] started displaying in Chinese characters;
changing Language or Font opptions in Word doesn't help.
Similar third party input programs as Twinbridge Chinese
Partner can be customized by disactivating the 'display
all English fonts as Chinese' option in Setup method. Any
idia of solving the problem in XP's East-asian languages
support?
