Missing Toolbar on ACCESS form - can see in design view

Default Missing Toolbar on ACCESS form - can see in design view

Something happened to the toolbar menus on my Access 200 form. I can see
them in design view. Tried to re-establish toolbars through the Design
ViewToolbars dialogue box but nothing happened.
