Hi,

How to format a document to have 60 caracteres per lines, 25 lines per page,
format of paper is A4.

There's no way to do this except by using a monospaced font. Courier New 12
pt should give you 10 cpi, which will yield 60 characters per default 6"
line. For the number of lines per page, see
