I lose internet when I open Outlook and visa versa.
Everything was fine came in monday, when I open outlook I it disconnects my
internet, and when I reconnect internet it kicks me out of outlook. I can have internet and connect to the office server but when I log in then it kicks internet connection.

You don't mention what version of Microsoft Outlook and type of e-mail
account you have. This would be extremely helpful as you might have an option set to hang-up a dialup session or have it set to use a specific connection type. Version? Go to tools, accounts - open you email accounts and click more
settings.
