How do I change the default font in Publisher 03 from Times New Roman 10pt to Arial 11pt and make it stick for all publications?

Ed:

Thanks again. The Default Text Box Add-In file went by the numbers with one exception - the changes won't stick when I close Publisher and re-open it. I printed out the instructions and followed them to a tee right up to the end (Step 17) when I draw a new default text box with the changes made (I only made two - Font and size - Arial 11 pt) and everything seems fine. But then I close - re-open - and bang - it's back to Times New Roman!. Any ideas what I might be misssing?
