Can MS publisher easily create nice, professional looking letterhead
that incorporates my Web logo, company name and address?

David,

Why would you want to include a web logo, that is probably 72, maybe 96
dpi into a letterhead where the lowest resolution of an object should be
close to 200 dpi?

It can do it, but a smart designer would redo the letterhead to make it
closer to professional.

To answer your question yes it can. At the very least you can paste your logo
onto the publisher file and create the letterhead and incorporate it with the
logo.

You can design some very professional looking letterhead with the graphic
options that Publisher provides.

You can do a lot with a straight line and a semi-circle - you get my
meaning.......
