Default Custom Paper Size

When starting a new publication in Publisher 2003, I go to "Page Setup","Layout" and I am allowed to choose from a list of standard sizes or make a "Custom" size. The problem is that when I go to "Page Setup", "Printer and Paper" I'm not given the choice of using a custom paper size.
For example, when I want to print a 4" X 6" publication, the program won't let me tell the printer I'm using 4" X 6" paper.
It ends up printing in the middle of a letter size sheet.
In older versions of this program I never had this problem.

This is a problem with your printer driver. These settings are taken
directly from the information supplied by your printer driver, and Publisher
has no control over them.
I would suggest looking at the website of your printer manufacturer to try
and find a download for a newer driver.
