Yes, I am referring to Access Service Packs. I have had corruption
problems
with my most recent database and gotten the error message that says
something
like error accessing file, you may have lost network connection. I am not
on
a network, just a single database on my pc. The research on this
discussion
site indicated that the installation of these service packs, particularly
#3
would prevent this problem from reoccurring.

However, when I went to the Microsoft website to download, it doesn't
mention Vista as being supportive. Doesn't say it isn't, just doesn't
include
it among the other Windows operating systems.

I would really really appreciate help here, because I don't know what to
do.

I don't have Vista installed so I can't test it, but I cannot imagine
that it
will cause any problems. Take an image backup of your disk just in case,
and
try it.
