deleted file OFF5.tmp needed for shortcut bar

Default deleted file OFF5.tmp needed for shortcut bar

I find an error message when the shortcut bar gets intialised on startup and
on system shutdown reading "msoffice.exe:corrupt file" the file or directory
\document and settings\administrator\application
data\microsoft\office\shortcut bar\off5.tmp is corrupt or unreadable. pleaqse
run the chkdsk utiltiy"
Can some one help me fix this problem. I don't have the Office 2000 CD with
me as my computer came with it preloaded.
