How do I save address book entires in last name, first name order?
I specify the file as and display as fields in last name, first name order
but when I save the entry, the entry appears in the address book list in first name, last name order. My goal is to have all my entries in last name, first name order so I can search for people easier. I have many entries in the address book in last name, first name order. Only entries that I add or modify are changed (regardless of the file as and display as field order) to first name, last name order. Help! |

The method to sort the Outlook Address Book is posted here several times a
day. It depends on your Outlook version which you failed to mention. Read one of the other posts that applies to your version. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Jim Berg" Jim wrote in message ...
