Hi ,

There wont be any problems as Office XP will be installed under C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office10 folder and Office 2000 is installed on
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office folder.

Regards

As long as you put the two application in two different folders it "may"
work with out issues. How ever only one installation of outlook will take
the default . You may experience issues trying to scan for office updates
as well. MS will only support one instance of office on the system.
