Or are ther any programs available that can change the language in my

You will need to purchase a Spanish version of Windows.

I fail to see what this has to do with Microsoft Office.

But the answer is "no". If you want Windows and/or Office with a Spanish
GUI, then you must /buy/ it/them in Spanish and in the case of Windows,
perform a clean installation. You will require a full licence of each.

You could have found this information yourself had you bothered to STFW.
