Nokia SyncML cannot open Outlook.

Have new Nokia 6230 (12-2004) replacing my previous one also Nokia 6230
(7-2004) being stolen. Installed downloaded Nokia PC Suite 6.4 (16-12-2004)
to pump Contact data from laptop Dell_Inspiron_8600 to Mobile. I'm using USB
cable DKU-2. Windows XP Professional with Office 2000. I downloaded all
available Windows and Office updates from Microsoft downloadcentre. When
starting PC Suite I get a enormously magnified picture on my screen
(comparable to a 'safe mode' window). When starting Synchronising no
transfers take place. Message: Failed to open Outlook. pls can I get help ?
Who will be first ? Microsoft ? Nokia ? Dell ? Local IT-specialist ?
Presumably all of them will claim it's the others being wrong... Thanks for
anything you can do to help solving this connectivity mess...
