syncronizing outlook with external application

Default syncronizing outlook with external application

when the sync software of my smarphone sonyericsson p900 try to access
outlook database, outlook asks whether you want to give access for 1,
3 or 10 minutes. the max is 10 min. these 10 min are not enough for
the sync to complete. HOW CAN I GIVE unlimited access to the sync
software?

Tell the manufacturers of your synchronization software to update their
product to work with current versions of Outlook.

Or use a programme such as Express ClickYes from
http://www.contextmagic.com/express-clickyes/.
