Default Access 2007 Form

I have a project written under access 2003. We loaded access 2007 and are
trying to run this project. All of the maintenance forms run pretty fast,
although the actual entry form takes a long time to pull up because a
parameter box pops up with a field that is not even part of this form. Any
suggestions where to look?

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

- it seems strange that this project runs flawlessly under 2003, and now
doesn't work under 2007.

Thanks!!!

Make sure Name AutoCorrect is off.
Compact.
Decompile.
Compact again.
(Post back if you need detail of how to do that.)

If it stil fails, take careful note of the parameter it is asking for, and
use a utility like this to find where that name occurs in this form:
Where is a field used? - Search tables, queries, forms, and reports for
a field name

Default Access 2007 Form

Thank you!!!

Now - why is our entry form so slow in access 2007? It runs fast on 2003
but not on 2007. Is there something we need to do to speed things up?

Thanks again!!!!
