Importing contacts into Outlook isn't working properly
We exported someone's contacts folder into a .csv file and imported it
into my contacts folder which worked. What doesn't work through it that when I try to address an email to someone in my contacts folder, it doesn't resolve the address. When I click on the "To" button, my contacts folder is not in the drop down box of available folders. Help? Thanks. Robert |

Why would you change file format like that? That's just asking for data loss
or corruption. Chances are your email addresses were not imported correctly. See if they are resolved in your Contact Records. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] wrote in message ...
