Due Date
If I understand you, you want to change the colour of cells containing
dates that are within 30 days of the current date. Select the cells Format Conditional Formatting Cell value is between =TODAY() and =TODAY()+30 Format Patterns yellow (or whatever you prefer) Bill Manville MVP - Microsoft Excel, Oxford, England No email replies please - respond to newsgroup |

Due Date
Hi,
Let's say you want the cells to change to red when the current date is 5 days before the due date, which is the value in the cell. Or maybe you want the cell to change color when the account is 30 or more days past due, the date in the cell. In the second case: 1. Select the cells and choose Format, Conditional Formatting, 2. from the first drop down choose Formula is and in the second box enter the formula =A1=TODAY()+30 where A1 is the first cell with dates. 3. click Format and choose a color on the Patterns tab, click OK twice. -- Thanks, Shane Devenshire " wrote: it is possible to see in excel sheet for excample. 10/10/2007 15/11/2007 28/09/2007 30/04/2008 06/12/2007 18/08/2009 the above dates i want to see befor due for 30 days to change difference colour or any other, it is possible please help me Best Regards Anshad |
