simple formatting issue
I am creating a "form" that users will type in. At the beginning of
each row, I have a title such as Name: in bold. I want the user to type in the info after that and for it to not be in bold. When I test it, it types in bold because the leading text is in bold. How can I prevent this without the user needing to manually formatting what they type. I would use the form feature of Word but I have done that before and the user is not able to different formatting options such as bold, numbering, ect. when the document is protected for filling in forms. Please advise. Thanks, CEV |

Please advise. you could insert a (with or without borders or some background shading) table with 2 columns. Use the left column for the title, and the right for the user. That way, the title formatting does not interfere. 2cents Robert -- /"\ ASCII Ribbon Campaign | MSFT | \ / | MVP | Scientific Reports X Against HTML | for | with Word? / \ in e-mail & news | Word | http://www.masteringword.eu/ |
