New (as you might imagine ) should give you a copy of the file in a new
presentation. It should allow you to edit and save as back to the original file if you wish or to a new file -- email john AT technologytrish.co.uk "Glass" action buttons - http://www.technologytrish.co.uk/pptbuttons.html Personalised calendars - http://technologytrish.co.uk/calendars "cmguerra77" wrote: Thank you, however when I select new a PPT file opens up but it is not the same PPS file I just selected "John Wilson" wrote: Here are three ways Open powerpoint and file open , navigate to the pps Right click the pps and choose NEW If you can see the .pps suffix change it to .ppt -- email john AT technologytrish.co.uk "Glass" action buttons - http://www.technologytrish.co.uk/pptbuttons.html Personalised calendars - http://technologytrish.co.uk/calendars "cmguerra77" wrote: I have a Powerpoint Presentation that was download as a PPS.
