Default How can I disable plug-ins?

Powerpoint has been tripping the blue-death restart screen. This started
after I installed third-party plugin programs (PresentationPro PowerConverter
and also Perspector 3D).

These worked well on my old laptop, so I think the programs are ok. Rather
than uninstall them, I'd like to disable them one by one and troubleshoot.
